If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described.
Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on YourAPAC.com receives the following guarantees:
- full refund if you don’t receive your order;
- full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
- full or partial refund if the item is not as described, defective, or damaged;
Sale items (if applicable):
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of YourAPAC.com.
You can submit refund requests within:
- 15 business days after the order is delivered;
- 45 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
